Please Note Our New Cell Phone Policy Students may not use cellular phones on any school bus traveling to or from school or inside any school before and during school hours up to dismissal. Students may carry their cell phones or other electronic devices in a pocket or backpack, but all devices must be turned off. Students may also leave their cellular phones in their lockers. Students may not wear cellular phones outside clothing as an accessory. When riding to and from after school activities or field trips on school buses, students may use the cellular phones with the permission of the attending coach, faculty sponsor or school chaperone. First Offense: Devices held for 24 hours Second Offense: Devices held for 72 hours Third Offense: Subject to suspension of up to five days |

http://elearning.makingitcount.com/start/default.asp General Announcements | Senior pictures will be taken in the forum on: Monday, June 22 from 8:30 - 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 23 from 8:30 - 4:00 p.m. Monday, July 27 from 10:00 - 3:00 p.m. Seniors should receive a package from Candid Color in the mail with details about package options and prices. You must have at least one picture through Candid Color to be in the yearbook. Professional Graduation Photos and Podium Candids View crossing the stage photos online at www.candidcolor.net --- select Diploma Presentation --- enter the Login Code (required) --- POQG09. These photos will be available about 1 week after graduation. SOL Brush-up Sessions SOL Brush-up sessions will be offered August 3rd-5th in the following subjects: Algebra I, Algebra II, Biology, Earth Science, Geometry, Reading, U.S. History, World Geography, and World History II. The sessions will be held from 8:00 a.m. til 1:15 p.m. Students may participate in one subject session and take the SOL test at the conclusion. For more information, please contact the school. Senior Class Fees/Student Parking Senior parking permits will be issued September 2nd ONLY TO THOSE SENIORS WHO HAVE PREPAID AND SUBMITTED THEIR COMPLETED APPLICATIONS TO THE MAIN OFFICE PRIOR TO AUGUST 13th. Seniors must pay their class dues ($20.00) BEFORE their parking spot will be assigned.
