Welcome to the Poquoson High
School Delta Epsilon Phi Home page.
Membership is open to students after their 3rd semester
who have met the demanding academic criteria established
by the society's by-laws. These students have
excelled not only in the study of a second language,
but have through their efforts and enthusiasm demonstrated
an appreciation of that language and respect for the
people who speak it throughout the world. In addition,
they have achieved outstanding grades in their other
courses.
Members of the society may be taken on cultural excursions,
throughout the year. Students may, for example,
have the opportunity to go to a museum to learn about
German art, to a concert to hear music by German composers,
or to a lunch at a German restaurant. |
